Overview

Leadership is evolving

If you want to improve your work environment so that people feel safer, more relevant, and unified, you need to practice leadership in a new way.

Many still operate from traditional leadership assumptions that can cause more harm than good.
Too few professionals know about how leadership principles, beliefs, and practices are shifting.

Description

Leadership development also is changing

Despite the fact that surveys continue to reflect how leadership development is one of the highest priorities for human capital management, studies show how ineffective many leadership development programs are. Whether because designers don’t know what works or are hesitant to doing the right thing, leadership development teams need to do more or something different to meet organizational leadership needs.

Find out the latest critiques of leadership programs, and join the discussion on design considerations for leadership programs.
